Earlier today between 11:40 and 13:00 UTC some calls on our Europe and USA East clouds will have experienced errors.
A configuration error affected some servers that resulted in issues with audio files and TTS.
Having investigated the error the servers were replaced and the error corrected.
All services are now operating normally.
