Our USA-East Cloud suffered from impacted service between 13:00 and 15:15 on 2021-06-28, UTC. The issue affected the ability to place outbound PSTN calls through our providers and, during that period, there was an approx. 50% chance of such calls failing with number unobtainable. Subsequent retries of the same number during that period may have succeeded, but would have encountered the same chance of failure. We apologise for any inconvenience this issue has caused.
